Genealogy Success- 2000-08-24

I am very excited to share with you a letter I received from a visitor to the GenExchange who happened to see a posts about The National Bio-Bin.

I congratulated Nelson on this wonderful find and asked which biography it was he found. It was the biography of "Joseph P. Dean", originally from Rochester, NY, moving with family to Kenosha, WI. This biography was posted by our WI State Coordinator Cathy Kubly!!! Way to go Cathy!!! We all know we are helping others in our own small way, but to "REALLY KNOW" we have helped an individual, really hits home and gives you that "Warm & Fuzzy" feeling inside! All the GenExchange coordinators, volunteers and contributers can share in this success story! Yes, Cathy submitted this biography as a part of her hard work and dedication to the GenExchange, Genealogy, and desire to freely sharing resources with the community, but we all had a hand in it! If it weren't for each and every one of our coordinators, volunteers and contributers, working on the project, sharing, caring and giving, the GenExchange wouldn't be what it is today, and Nelson may not have heard of the project or found this biography. So, I would like to not only thank Cathy for all she has personally done adding literally thousands of bios herself, but each and every one of you for sharing your work with the community!!!
